OUR STORY

We are a small bakery and pastry shop, specializing in French style pastries, traditional cookies, and sweet and savory tarts.  We use fresh ingredients in all our recipes, with no additives or enhancers.  Our story started when it was difficult to find quality French style pastries  that reminded us of our childhood.  Since then, we have been serving the area with only the best quality products we would eat ourselves.

Why "Your next bite awaits..." we want to convey our passion of baking and making pastries into our brand.  The slogan is a reminder for us to keep on striving to exceed the sensory expectations and lead you into anticipating the next bite.

 

 

As a home-based business, we have been inspected by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
